“My house got sold within the timeframe we wanted, at the price we wanted, even actually a little bit better than the price we wanted. It was quick, and easy, and smooth. I know what I would say is his standard is so excellent, above and beyond is the way he operates. You know, one of the things that stands out to me for Chad, is I met this guy well over ten years ago. He was 23 years old when I met him. And I just had gone to an open house that he was giving and was thinking about selling the house that I had at that time. And I asked him, ‘Well what happens if you come and you give me an appraisal or you go through my house and I interview you to be my Realtor and I don’t choose you?’ He said ‘Well that’s the risk I take, that’s part of my job.’ I interviewed three different people and I was pretty sure by the second one that those were the people I was going to choose, but Chad was the third one I interviewed and when he came in and I talked to him, he just blew me away. So I chose him, my house sold right away, in fact that house had been on the market for eight months by that time. I had a different Realtor, ceased my contract with him, and went with Chad and Chad got it sold right away. And in the intervening ten plus years, he would stay in touch with me at least twice a year. He would call me or email me, just to check in and say ‘hey how are you doing, is there anything you need, and do you need any referrals, and is there anything I can do for you?’ There was no question in my mind that when we were going to sell and buy that he would be our Realtor. I’m really impressed with Chad, as a 23 year-old when I met him, he was amazing, and he just gets better with age.”
